Similar to foundational principles of Integrative Medicine, NeuroForce1 developed the concept of Integrative Fitness 2.0 out of the core belief that there is no single approach or methodology that will yield optimal health & performance benefits for all individuals. Traditional strength training of the physical body may not yield improvements in neuromuscular & nervous system function, just as mindfulness training (yoga, meditation, deep breathing) may not provide adequate maintenance of body composition or force vector output necessary for optimal performance.

When strategically combined utilizing progressive approaches such as motor cortex priming and NF1 Neuromuscular Biofeedback training (while also emphasizing proper nutrition, supplementation, gut health and adequate recovery) with individualized programming and periodization, individuals will achieve synergistic benefit that goes beyond the mirror and athletic field.
