PRESCRIPTIVE ANALYTICS

While other wearable platforms are very good at telling you what you have already done (with limited accuracy), they tend to fall short in terms of guiding future habits via prescriptive analytics. This is achieved through proprietary machine learning algorithms from our clinical assessments.

  • An example of a predictive analytic would be a posture & biomechanics screen to predict your risk of injury.

Prescriptive analytics would then produce a validated & standardized correct exercise program to prevent this injury. It does not simply tell you what is wrong, but produces an easy to understand and apply recommendation to address.

GUIDED TRAINING

AI-Driven Guided Training addresses the primary confusion points surrounding functional training and allows users to execute high level fitness programs without the need for a personal trainer:

WHEN: Every morning, an individual wakes up with a recommendation to “TRAIN” or “RECOVER” based on readiness for adaptation. If the platform recommends recovery, this shows that the user would be at increased risk of injury and low probability of adaptation or physical gains.

WHAT: If training is recommended, it will then inform the user WHAT to train. This is based on their goals, previous exercise history and readiness for adaptation. For example, the platform may recommend that an individual engage in an endurance training session, but avoid high intensity speed & power development training.

HOW: Lastly, the Guided Training functionality acts as a personal trainer to guide the user through every portion of the exercise.

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES

  1. During a baseline VO2 max assessment, we will determine the optimal heart rate training zone for fat burning and improved conditioning. It may indicate that an individual should maintain 140-148 bpm for today’s session- if the user goes too high, the Cardio Coach will instruct them to slow down. If the exercise is too low intensity, it will instruct the user to speed up via on screen text feedback.
  2. Based on the NF1 Movement Efficiency Screen, which pinpoints overactive & underactive muscles that may increase the risk of injury or decrease performance, a data-driven strength & conditioning program is developed. During the training session, the platform automatically classifies the exercise, counts every rep & every set, begins a recovery timer in between sets, and even monitors biomechanical form, which we believe goes beyond the what is typically provided in the personal training industry.

PERSONALIZED INSIGHTS

The platform utilizes AI trend analysis to pinpoint maladaptive changes in nervous system function or performance parameters to provide personalized insights and early risk stratification for injuries, overtraining and much more. These insights are made available after a 5-day comprehensive baseline is established and can auto-alert individuals of these changes to temporarily modify behaviors or training in order to get back on track towards achieving goals.
