This program starts when your camp starts if your fortunate enough to get 8 weeks notice. This program is very similar to the 12 week program but doesn’t include the 4 week pre-camp preparation phase. This program includes all you need to develop combat specific strength, power and conditioning while minimizing risk of injury.
