Routines are individual days or segments of programs that allow you to “shop” for what you’re looking to work on that day. E.g mobility, strength, power. By clicking in the “Ready to Train” category on the home screen of your app, you will have the option to select to view all routines. Once you are on the routines page, you can search a particular routine, or sort and filter by your exact goal. Once you find a routine you like, click the start to start your routine for that day.
