Utilizing specific exercises, stretching and myofascial release techniques to correct dysfunction in the body, alleviate pain and improve movement and postural efficiency. Requires a postural, movement and mobility screening. 1-3 sessions per week in-house and daily home exercises. Programs could last 1-3 months.

Utilization of neuropriming, cognitive conditioning and biofeedback tools to ensure that the nervous system is in the most optimal state for learning and retaining the information gathered from a session. Home exercise programs provided to ensure the results don’t stop when you leave facility.
