Prior to every training sessions, remote and facility-based clients will perform a rapid & non-invasive series of diagnostic assessments that will determine “Windows of Trainability” for optimal physiological adaptations. These measurements and recommendations are based on autonomic, central nervous system & metabolic systems readiness.

An easy to understand recommendation will be yielded in terms of which type of training and relative intensity to maintin for optimal efficiency, adaptations and minimal injury risk.

In addition to 24/7 monitoring via the Wearable Tech 2.0, other frequently performed diagnostic assessments may include body composition, hydration, fluid distribution, cellular health & circulation testing to track progress and provide a source of positive reinforcement to maintain motivation.
