While traditional training is typically limited to a physical warm-up & training session, the NeuroFit approach also includes cognitive-based components that will exercise the brain and prepare it for improved function & adaptation in following training stations.

A typical session may include:

  • Targeted activation of the motor cortex to improve neural plasticity, or the brain’s ability to learn & perform motor functions
  • Somatosensory reaction training
  • Proprioceptive activation
  • Dynamic hand-eye coordination training
  • NF1 Neuromuscular Biofeedback
  • Corrective Neuromuscular Re-Education
  • NF1 Brain Games

There are various levels of training difficulty that will be tailored to individuals based on diagnostic assessment results and progress monitoring.
