Utilizing strength, power, cognitive reaction and energy system training methods to mimic the precise demands of the specific sport and position of the athlete. Requires strength and power assessment. 2-5 sessions per week. Programs could last 2-6 months.
WHAT MAKES OUR APPROACH UNIQUE?
Strength, Power and Energy System assessment to determine the deficiencies and strengths of the athlete. Utilization of tools such as force plates, NF1 Biostrap and velocity based training devices (Linear Positional Transducers) to monitor fatigue, nervous system readiness and to auto regulate training everyday.
Most programs utilize static linear periodization meaning programs are designed months prior and the athlete then has to meet the demands of the program no matter what the state of their nervous system is. By utilizing neuropriming devices, and the aforementioned biofeedback tools we ensure that the nervous system is in its most optimal state for learning and making physical adaptations in a dynamic periodization scheme. This dynamic periodization scheme adapts the program to the athlete and no the athlete to the program.
