NeuroForce1’s facility based training provides the highest level of strength & conditioning.

After assessing athlete strengths and weaknesses, we create individualized programs aimed at improving performance of sport specific energy systems and movements that are required for maximal performance.

The end goal is getting you to competition healthy and primed for next level athletic performance. 

ASSESSMENTS

NeuroForce1 provides comprehensive assessments at its Scottsdale facility. All assessments are performed by a highly trained NF1 expert and include an easy to understand summary report & easy to understand recommendations.

Velocity Based Training

A form of training that utilizes the concentric velocity of an exercise to dictate training parameters and intensities.

USES OF VBT

BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION (BFR) TRAINING

An exercise technique that manipulates the body’s circulatory system, and when combined with exercise, produces rapid gains in strength and fitness using light-weights, and in a very short period of time.

Energy System Development

Primary fuel source for short, high intensity efforts lasting from 1-12 seconds.

Primary fuel source for high intensity efforts lasting 20-120 seconds.
Primary fuel source for low-medium intensity, long duration efforts.
