TRAINING

THE GYM OF THE FUTURE HAS ARRIVED

NeuroForce1’s facility based training provides the highest level of Integrative Fitness 2.0 training to ALL individuals wanting to optimize health & performance in the safest & most efficient manner possible.

NeuroForce1 provides hybrid programming ranging from 100% remote assessments, training & monitoring available to individuals all over the world, to 100% facility-based training for local clients seeking a hands-on training experience. Hybrid programming may include individuals who visit an NF1 facility for comprehensive assessments but execute programming remotely, or individuals who seek a mix of in-person and remote training programs.

NERVOUS SYSTEM APPROACH

We emphasize the importance of training and reprogramming the mind & gut in conjunction with the physical body in order to achieve functional adaptations.

Neuroplasticity or the brain’s ability to form new pathways and master skills can be optimized with very specific modalities, nutrition, supplementation and training protocols allowing you to achieve your goals in less time.

EMPHASIS

NEUROMUSCULAR EFFICIENCY

The ability of the brain to recruit the proper muscles necessary to generate and absorb force, as well as dynamically stabilize the body in all planes of motion.

METABOLIC EFFICIENCY

The ability of the body’s metabolic systems to produce adequate & sustainable energy necessary to optimize individualized function.

DON'T BUILD ON DYSFUNCTION

Traditional approaches to strength & conditioning fail to understand that building muscle on top of dysfunctional biomechanical patterns facilitates further dysfunction, accelerates entropy or wear & tear on the body, and increases the likelihood of related injuries and chronic pain. Most individuals & athletes have some degree of maladaptive compensation patterns (overactive/underactive muscles) that will not only limit performance if not correct, but will also lead to suboptimal force output & absorption, asymmetrical muscle development and increased risk of injury.

It is also important to understand the difference between building bulky muscle versus functional strength, and how to leverage this strength to optimize individual function.

TRAINING PHASES

Phase I

Gut & Brain Reset

  • Restore nervous system function & prime the body for adaptation
  • Typically accomplished with highly specific nutrition & supplementation protocols over 4-8 weeks
Phase II

Corrective Exercise

  • Neuromuscular re-education to optimize the body’s intrinsic ability to generate and absorb force while minimize the risk of injury
  • Minimal weight bearing exercise, focus on neurofeedback modalities that engage the CNS
Phase III

Functional Training

  • Highly specific strength & conditioning protocols that are defined by individual goals/functional needs
