What You Get:
Detailed Report, Access to the EVOLT mobile app to track progress, personalized training/nutrition recommendations, reassessment discount.

A simple 60-second scan that provides detailed data about your body through more than 40 measurements. It works simply by passing a safe electrical current through the feet and hands. All readings are specific to the individual, allowing trainers to better design a health and wellness program.

Prep Requirements:
Avoid food, caffeine and supplementation for a minimum of 3 hours prior to assessment. Drink plenty of water but discontinue all fluid intake approximately 30 minutes prior.

Receive a 10% discount on reassessments.

Posture / Functional Movement / Motor Control

What’s Assessed:
Biomechanical function, Joint mobility, Movement efficiency, Postural stability

What You Get:
Detailed Report, Corrective Exercise Protocol, reassessment discount.

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening tool used to evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain complaint or musculoskeletal injury.
