FAQ

The NF1 App natively supports E60, E80, & E88 fitness watches. The app will also pair with most Bluetooth heart rate monitors and straps including Polar, Wahoo, NordicTrack, Garmin, Hifit, CooSpo, Power LABS, and more.

In the NF1 app, go to menu and select “bluetooth monitors”. Select which you’d like to pair (NF1 Full Fitness Tracking watch or your own device). Make sure your phone is close to your device and your bluetooth is on in order to pair.
Check the bluetooth settings on your device. If all is turned on, restart your device and try again. If this still doesn’t work, your device may not be compatible with the NF1 App.
You may cancel any time before your next billing period. Access will remain until the end of the billing period.
Head to your profile in your NF1 App. Scroll to the bottom of your profile and select “manage subscription”. Select “cancel subscription”, and confirm. Your account will be canceled before your next billing cycle.

Yes, you can use the app and complete programs without a wearable device. The app will present you with a short questionnaire to gauge your readiness each day before it dynamically adjusts your routine.

The performance and movement programs that you find in the app are all created by our team of Elite Performance Coaches here at NF1.
We do not share your data with third parties without prior consent first. All data collected is for our internal use and the system AI to better develop programs, routines and nutritional meals to help you reach your goals.
